Learned counsel for respondents No.4 to 7 submits that neither the petitioners are residing at the given address. Even learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sulakhan Singh, Police Station Balongi, submits that nobody resides at the address detailed in the petition. As such it appears that the petitioners are no more interested in pursuing the present petition.
Dismissed for non4prosecution.
