Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.16 dated 23.01.2021 registered under Sections 22, 61, 85 of the NDPS Act (Section 29 of the NDPS Act added later on) at Police Station City Jagraon, District Ludhiana.
Petitioner has been nominated on basis of disclosure statement of co-accused Amrik Singh.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in pursuance of order dated 08.04.2021.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 08.04.2021 is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
