Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 345 dated 27.11.2016, registered under Section(s) 148, 149, 307, 427 & 440 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Narnaul Chaudhri, District Mohindergarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has since joined the investigation; no recovery is to be effected from him and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
