**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) In compliance of order dated 06.09.2022, affidavit has been filed by Mr. Mukhwinder Singh, PPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Detective, Amritsar City. ASI Harpinder Singh is also present in Court. He has explained his position that owing to his ill health, he deputed one ASI Davinder Singh on 06.09.2022. Affidavit is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not traceable for the last many months. ASI Harpinder Singh has also states that owing to the continuous absence of the petitioner despite number of raids conducted at his house, PO proceedings have already been initiated against the petitioner.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
