Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Mohinder Singh submits that there are six FIRs against petitioner no. 2 but there is no FIR registered against petitioner no. 1. It is further submitted on instructions that petitioners are not being called to the Police Station. In view of the above, no further indulgence of this Court is required and the instant petition is disposed of as such.
