Prayer made in the present petition was for quashing the order dated 14.11.2002 rejecting the claim of the petitioners, who were working as Sub Divisional Clerks, to provide them the promotional channels, which might not be surviving particularly in view of the fact that no interim order was passed by the Division Bench while admitting the petition on 13.03.2003 as also the fact that a similar petition bearing No.CWP-6773 of 1996 also stands disposed of vide order dated 22.03.2013 on the ground that the petitioner would now have even crossed the age of superannuation. The position herein would be the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner pleads no instructions in the matter.

Disposed of accordingly, however, reserving the petitioners with a liberty to get it revived in case any cause of action still survives. 4.
