CWP-7122-2020 Prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to grant the petitioner deemed date of promotion as AE w.e.f. 28.11.2008 and as AEE w.e.f. 13.03.2013 and to grant the 5 years Time Scale w.e.f. 28.11.2013 with all consequential benefits at par with his junior, namely, Sh.R.P.Mor, who had already been granted all these benefits as per the revised seniority list dated 31.01.2017.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that he will be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide his various representations, especially Annexures P-7 and P-9, dated 14.02.2017 08.11.2017 respectively, which are still not being decided. In view of the same, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representations, Annexures P-7 and P-9, dated 14.02.2017 and 08.11.2017 respectively as expeditiously as possible and preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
