CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJIT SINGH

Present:

Mr.Ajay Arora, Advocate for the petitioner.

**** INDERJIT SINGH, J.

Petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.613 dated 07.08.2015 under Sections 420, 120-B and 406 IPC, registered at Police Station City Sirsa.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that the FIR in the present case has been got registered on the basis of the complaint filed by Davinder Singh. The accused along with other persons have formed a group. Marriage of Davinder Singh was got solemnized on 11.05.2015 with the accused Daljeet Kaur (fake name Suman). After four days, she went while taking ornaments, mobile etc. with her. In this marriage, Rajiv Kumar petitioner VINEET GULATI 2016.07.19 12:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh came as brother of Daljeet Kaur. It is also in the FIR that this group has

Keeping in view the nature and gravity of the offence and in view of the above facts, I find that petitioner is required for custodial interrogation and no ground is made out to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
