Petitioner has not challenged the order, vide which he was declared as proclaimed offender. He is in the process of filing appropriate petition in the competent Court. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file fresh petition after the decision on the issue of his being a proclaimed offender.
