(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners argues that case of the petitioners is squarely covered by a single Bench judgment of this Court rendered in CWP No.3005-2018 decided on 01.02.2019. Perusal of the single Bench judgment vis-à-vis another judgment/order rendered by me in CWP No.24481 of 2021 reveals that case of the petitioner is indeed covered by not only the earlier judgment but even by the opinion already expressed by me.

Both the learned counsels are also ad idem that instant petition can be disposed of in terms of the order/judgment rendered in CWP No.24481 of 2021 decided on 02.12.2021.
