ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 08.02.2023, when none appeared for respondent and Registry was asked to issue notice to learned counsel for respondent. Needful has been done. Office report reveals that learned counsels for respondent has been informed through e-mail, yet none appears. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that matter has been settled before Lok Adalat and nothing survives for adjudication before this Court as the instant petition has rendered infructuous. Copy of settlement has also been tendered during the course of hearing. Registry to tag the same at its appropriate place.
