This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.60 dated 22.03.2019 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 323, 451, 506 IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned Trial Court and therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Disposed of as having become infructuous.
