ARUN MONGA, J, (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing impugned letter dated 22.03.2021 (Annexure P-12) issued by Mission Director, National Health Mission, Haryana and impugned termination order dated 24.03.2021 (Annexure P13) passed by Civil Surgeon, Kaithal and impugned communication dated 23.02.2022 (Annexure P-18) whereby contract/service of the petitioner has been terminated.

Concededly not only the petitioner is undergoing investigation arising out of registration of an FIR No.RC.DA1.2016-A0017 dated 23.05.2016, under Sections 120B read with Section 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Sections 7, 12, 13 (2) read with Section 13 (1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act by Central Bureau of Investigation, New Delhi, but that apart, he has been convicted under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 by the Court of Judicial Magistrate SHALINI BHATIA 2022.07.15 10:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document.
CWP No.7628 of 2022 -2First Class, Karnal qua which revision is already pending and sentence has been stayed.

On both counts, there is a cloud on his conduct and relationship of an employer and an employee being that of a mutual trust and faith, theemployer must have full discretion to not continue with the services of an employee who has lost confidence of his superiors. 4.
In the premise, no ground for interference by this Court is made out.
