Present revision petition for setting aside the impugned order dated 08.02.2019, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, whereby application, filed by the accused, for cross-examination of PW.1 Manpreet Kaur, PW.2 Navjot Kaur and PW.3 Simran Kaur on single date was declined.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners and perusing the case file, present revision petition stands disposed of with the directions that the learned trial Judge shall make an endeavour to examine the material witnesses on a single date.
