Petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 142, dated 14.07.2021, under Sections 306 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Radaur, District Yamuna Nagar (Annexure P-1), as well as all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

At the very outset, learned State counsel submits that upon completion of a thorough investigation, the Investigating Agency has already prepared a cancellation report dated 10.05.2025, which is presently under process for submission before the concerned Court. Accordingly, it is contended that no cause of action now survives for the petitioners to pursue the present petition before this Court.

In view of the aforesaid position, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Agency to submit the cancellation report before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks.
