(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Budhlada, Sessions Division, Mansa to accept the bail bonds of petitioner upon his appearance in FIR No. 33 dated 24.05.2012 registered under Sections 420/120-B IPC at Police Station Baretta, District Mansa. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the paper-book.
Initially, the petitioner was granted the concession of anticipatory bail on 19.06.2012 and application for regular bail was to be filed before the trial Court within a period of one month of presenting the challan. Having not done so, the petitioner applied to the Sessions Court for extension of time which was granted and that time has also expired. CRM-M-22424-2015 -2of the considered opinion that these circumstances could be explained before the Sessions Court by moving application for extension of time. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy by explaining the circumstances before the Sessions Court and in case, the application is filed within 10 days from today, the Sessions Court shall decide the same expeditiously and of course in accordance with law.
