(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.3 and 4 to consider and take a final decision on his complaint dated 26.02.2024 (Annexures P-1 and P-2) made to Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa and S.H.O., Police Station Sardulgarh respectively.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to the official respondents to take action on his complaints dated 26.02.2024 (Annexures P-1 and P-2) at the earliest. 3.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Amit Rana, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State. 5.

In view of the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa, to look into the complaint dated 26.02.2024 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner and take appropriate steps, if required, in accordance with law.
