1. The petitioner seeks issuance of directions to respondents No.3 and 4 to consider and take a final decision on the complaints dated 21.2.2024 submitted by the petitioner.

2. Notice of motion.

3. At this stage, Mr. Gauravdeep Singh Dhaliwal, DAG, Punjab, upon whom an advance copy of petition had already been served, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent - State.

4. Learned State counsel, upon instructions from HC Gurjeet Singh, informed that the matter has already been examined and, as a matter of fact, proceedings under Sections 107 & 151 Cr.P.C. have already been initiated.

5. In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities concerned to expeditiously dispose of the proceedings under Section 107 & 151 Cr.P.C.
