In pursuance of the directions issued by this Court, vide order dated 19.3.2024, the petitioner has caused appearance before the learned appellate court concerned, and has been released on regular bail. The application for compounding the offence has also been filed before the learned appellate court, and the learned appellate court concerned has compounded the offence, whereupon, the appeal was disposed of. 2.

In view of the supervening events, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition.
