**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Case FIR No.352 dated 29.11.2022 registered under Section 15 of NDPS Act, 1985, P.S. Kallanwali, District Sirsa.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner shall surrender before trial Court within a period of seven days from today and move an application for grant of regular bail. On his doing so, the trial Court is requested to dispose the bail application within a period of seven days therefrom.

Disposed of accordingly.
