******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No. 56 dated 26.04.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 452/324/323/326/148/149 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Dera Baba Nanak, Batala, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur. Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Baljinder Singh submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no more required for the purpose of further investigation of the case.

In view of submission of learned State counsel but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 29.05.2018 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by the police as and when required; JITENDER KUMAR 2018.09.11 18:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

(iv) that petitioners will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
