Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 has informed that the main petition filed under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 already stands dismissed as withdrawn whereas challenge in the present petition is to the complaint filed under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and for quashing of the said complaint, as such, the present petition has become infructuous.
