**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 65 dated 26.10.2015, registered under Sections 363, 366-A, 120-B IPC, Police Station Kahnuwan, Gurdaspur. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 16.8.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the girl had appeared before the Court below and made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and had supported the son of the petitioner and no medical was done. State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation.
