Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to arrest respondents No.4 to 11 after lodging FIR against them.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has moved an application dated 2.6.2017 (Annexure P5) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, but the same remained unattended till now. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, is directed to look into the application dated 2.6.2017 (Annexure P5) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
