(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct fair investigation in case FIR No.0232 dated 22.02.2018 registered under Sections 323, 341 and 506 IPC at Police Station City, Panipat. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajbir, submits that cancellation report has been prepared in the FIR in question, which has been approved by the Superintendent of Police, Panipat, and would be filed in Court within a week.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of instant petition with liberty to raise all the pleas, which have been raised in this petitioner, besides other pleas, before the trial Court by RAVINDER SINGH 2018.10.31 13:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
