(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to transfer investigation in case FIR No.49 dated 06.05.2018 registered under Sections 21/23/29/61 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act pertaining to Police Station Mamdot, Ferozepur to any other independent agency.

Considering reply of the State dated 20.7.2018, no further action is required to be taken in this petition. Therefore, the same is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
