(Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.RCCHG0512019S0003 dated 02.02.2019, registered under Sections 326-A IPC (summoned under Sections 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 120-B read with Sections 341, 326-A, 201 IPC) at Police Station CBI, SCB, CHG, Chandigarh.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 13.08.2021, the petitioner has put in appearance before the trial Court and was released on interim bail. It is also submitted that charges were framed and even on 29.09.2021, one PW was examined and the case, before the trial Court is now fixed for recording the evidence of remaining prosecution witnesses. This fact is not disputed by counsel for the respondent - CBI.

In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.08.2021 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
