(Oral) This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 41 dated 23.04.2018 under Section 365 IPC registered at Police Station Hariana, District Hoshiarpur on the basis of compromise dated 18.05.2018. This matter was initially listed for 29.05.2018 and it was called twice. On account of the fact that the petitioner did not put in appearance, in the interest of justice the matter was adjourned for 16.07.2018. Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today as well, it seems that the petitioner is no more interested to pursue the matter.
