(ORAL) Petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.3 to decide the petition along with stay application dated 09.03.2023 (P.1), which is pending consideration before respondent No.3 whereby wrong Scrutiny report/Voter list was issued by respondent No.4. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of accordingly.
