Present petition has been filed by the petitioner - Fatehbeer Singh, seeking direction to the official respondents to take appropriate action against private respondents for commission of offence under various provision of BNSS, 2023 and Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. 2.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy, as available to the petitioner under the law, before an appropriate forum. 3.
