The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of impugned FIR No.65 dated 07.02.2023, Annexure P-1 registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City Sohna, District Gurugram.

Learned State counsel has filed short reply by way of affidavit of Kapil Ahlawat, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Old Gurugram. He makes a reference to para 8 thereof, which reads thus:- "8. That in view of the above mentioned FSL report, recommendation of the EOW-1, Gurugram on the basis of investigation conducted by the said wing, as well as on the basis of recommendation made by the Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram vide his letter dated 15.02.2023, the cancellation report was prepared by the SHO P.S. City Sohna, Gurugram on SANDAL SHARMA 2023.07.17 10:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-14325-2023 (O&M) N.C. No.2023:PHHC:088333 - 228.06.2023. The said cancellation report has been submitted in the Ld. Court on 07.07.2023 and the proceedings have been adjourned to 15.07.2023 for appearance of the complainant." 3.

In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and disposed of as such.
