Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.' for short) read with Section 483 Cr.P.C. seeking enhancement of the amount of rent as ordered by this Court vide order dated 4.7.2013 (Annexure P-1) or for issuance of direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the application Annexure P-4.

Heard.

Petitioner has moved an application (Annexure P-4) for enhancement of rent before the Trial Court but the same has not been disposed of so far.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the application (Annexure P-4) moved by the petitioner, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
