Versus
State of Punjab .... Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR VERMA Present: - None for the petitioner.
Mr. Jaspal Singh Guru, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab. ASHOK KUMAR VERMA, J. (ORAL) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Perusal of the file shows that on the previous three dates also i.e. 06.01.2022, 15.03.2022 and 04.07.2022, the petitioner had gone un-represented. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is not interested in pursuing the instant revision petition. It is pertinent to mention here that earlier the petitioner has preferred an appeal against the impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 04.02.2020 before the learned Sessions Court at Hoshiarpur, which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 08.01.2021.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
