The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for issuing directions to the respondent-State to issue an administrative order by way of a notification contemplated under Clause 13(2) of the Fertilizer (Control) Order, 1985 specifying the standard of manufacturing of mixtures of fertilizers.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. None had entered appearance even on the last of hearing. It appears that the petitioners have no subsisting grievances as on date.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
