******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Petitioner seeks protection of his life and liberty and direction to respondent No.3 not to harass and humiliate him and implead him in a false and frivolous case.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, UT Chandigarh to look into the grievance of petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

It is, however, made clear that nothing contained in this order shall be deemed as giving protection to the petitioner from any action taken in any civil, criminal or any other proceedings initiated/pending against him or in case bearing FIR No.287 dated 28.09.2018 registered at Police Station Sector 11, Chandigarh.
