After hearing learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the grounds mentioned in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the order dated 7.2.2014 is re-called and CRM-M-25318 of 2013 is ordered to be restored to its original number, subject to payment of costs of `5,000/-. The costs shall be deposited with the Haryana State Legal Services Authority, Chandigarh, within 15 days of passing of this order. The Registry is directed to list the main case before an appropriate Bench as per the roster." The office report reflects that costs of `5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only), imposed vide order dated 19.8.2014, had not been deposited.

Despite information no one has put in appearance for the petitioner.

CRM-M-25318-2013 is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Costs imposed vide order dated 19.8.2014 be recovered from the petitioner as per norms.
