       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.314 dated 17.12.2020, registered under Sections 21, 22, 25, 27-A, 29 of the NDPS Act and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Majitha, District Amritsar Rural, Punjab. Vide order dated 09.04.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kulwant Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 09.04.2021 AMAN JAIN 2021.12.14 17:38 I attest to the accuracy of this order

CRM-M-15771-2021 (O&M) -2granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
