The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.603 dated 31.07.2014, under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 506 read with Section 34 IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Sector-5, Gurugram, District Gurugram (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has been concluded, as such, he wishes to withdraw the present petition. 3.
