(oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 119 dated 23.5.2011 registered under Sections 379, 511, 506, 427, 189, 148, 149 IPC, at Police Station Division No. 5 Civil Lines, Ludhiana City. Heard.

It comes out that the FIR was registered on the complaint made by Revenue Patwari, Tehsil Ludhiana. After investigation, challan has been presented. Charges have been framed and trial is going on.

Contends that the petitioner had some enmity with Jeet Singh, Patwari and that in order to settle the score the present FIR was got registered. Since the trial is pending before the Court and the case is to be decided on the merits on the facts, if some enmity was there between the parties the same would come out during SATYAWAN 2016.02.29 14:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
