This is a petition preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking status report in FIR No.110 dated March 1, 2016 under Section 365 IPC, Police Station, Punhana (Annexure P-1) qua the petitioners. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that FIR in this case was registered on March 1, 2016 but till date final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has not been furnished.
