(Oral) Challenge in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of order dated 04.07.2017 (Annexure P-7) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chandigarh in Comp-125CRPC/314/2016 titled as "Sukhjinder Kaur and another vs. Talwinder Singh" whereby petitioner has been directed to pay interim maintenace of Rs.4,000/-p.m. (Rs.3,000/- p.m. to respondent No.1 and Rs.1,000/-p.m. to respondent No.2.); AND order dated 17.01.2018 (Annexure P-8) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh whereby order dated 04.07.2017 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, U.T., Chandigarh, has been upheld. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition. Permitted to do so.
