(Oral) This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), 2023 in case bearing FIR No.14 dated 13.01.2023 under Sections 323, 427, 506, 148, 149 of IPC and Sections 341, 308, 379-B of IPC added later on registered at Police Station Kharar, District SAS Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further points out that there is delay in lodging the FIR. He further submits that in terms of order dated 06.03.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3.

This Court, vide dated 06.03.2025, had directed the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer and join the investigation and in the event of his arrest, he was ordered to be released on ad-interim bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating/Arresting Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner especially when the petitioner having joined investigation, the order dated 06.03.2025 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute. 6.

However, the petitioner shall abide by the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. He shall also join investigation as and when called upon to do so.

The petition stands allowed.
