Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 to 5 to decide the applications dated 01.01.2019, 05.04.2019 & 21.09.2019 (Annexures P-1 to P-4), respectively, against respondent No.6 i.e. Village Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Thanthri, Tehsil & District Palwal.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedy of appeal before State Information Commission.
