None appears for the petitioner.

The learned State counsel submits that the sister of the deceased, namely, Gurmail Kaur has filed CRM-M-26070-2017 seeking CBI Inquiry. The instant petition has been filed by the de facto complainant, who is cousin brother of the deceased. The Investigating Agency has already filed multiple cancellation reports. Therefore, the question of calling the petitioner or unnecessarily harassing him does not arise.
