( !4 5 6 $ on 31.03.2021 alleging therein that she along with her parents working at a Brick kiln in a village from last 8-9 months and had been living in the premises of that
Brick Kiln itself. The present petitioner was also residing there. She came into contact with him about 3-4 months back and they used to conversate with each other. One day in the absence of her parents, the petitioner came to her hut and had committed rape upon her. Thereafter, also, by threatening her, he kept on ravishing her and now she was three months pregnant. A case under Section 6 of POCSO Act alongwith other offence under Sections 376(2)(n), 506 and 452 of IPC was registered. The prosecutrix disclosed herself to be 16 years old. Investigation proceedings were initiated. The prosecutrix was medically examined and was found to be pregnant. The pregnancy was got aborted. The present petitioner was arrested on 01.04.2021. After completion of necessary investigation and usual formalities, challan was presented against him under aforementioned offences.
