The petitioners claim that on attaining the age of majority, they have married against the wishes of their parents. Apprehending threat to their life and liberty, they have filed the present petition for protection. The petitioners appear to have filed a representation before S.P. Karnal. Notice of motion. On asking of the court, notice has been accepted by Mr. Anil Kumar Yadav, Addl.A.G. Hry. Copy given. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, it appears that the matter is covered by the judgment of this court in Pardeep Kumar vs. State of Haryana 2008(3) RCR (Cr.) 376.

The petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioners will not be forcibly taken in custody by any of the respondents on the allegation that petitioner No.1 has been kidnapped or abducted by petitioner No.2. In case of any imminent danger, it will be open to the petitioners to approach S.P. Karnal.
