(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for setting aside the notice dated 02.02.2019 (Annexure P-3) and further directing the respondent-Bank to grant three months more time for depositing the entire amount in compliance to the settlement dated 20.12.2018 (Annexure P-1).

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
