Resultantly, FIR No.101 dated 14.09.2022 (Annexure P1), under Sections 452, 342, 323, 325, 506, 34 of the IPC, registered at P.S. City Badali Ala Singh, District Fatehgarh Sahib, along with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, is hereby quashed on the basis of Compromise
Deed dated 05.03.2024 (Annexure P2), subject to cost of Rs.5,000/- being forthwith deposited by the petitioners with the District Legal Services Authority concerned.
