In the present petition, the grievance being raised by the petitioner is that though the petitioner has been selected by the respondentsCommission on the post of Heavy Vehicle Driver as advertised vide advertisement No. 04/2017 dated 18.05.2017 (Annexure P-1), but despite submitting the joining report, the petitioner has not been given appointment by the respondents-Commission, which is causing prejudice to the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that while recommending the name of the petitioner, the respondent-Commission missed the fact that the petitioner did not had three years experience certificate of driving the heavy vehicle upto the last date of submission of application form for the post in question as he had only obtained the license of driving the heavy transport vehicle on 24.07.2015 and upto the last date of submission of application form for the post in question, he did not had three years experience certificate of driving which was must for the candidate to compete for the post in question.
