Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 109, 126(2), 115(2), 190, 191(3) of BNS, 2023, in a case arising out of FIR No.73, dated 29.09.2024, registered at Police Station Phul, District Bathinda. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner - Kaku Singh, has already been arrested, therefore, present petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
